蕭叔叔明白，見工interview一定準備好好多問題的答案想講，但最重要的是interaction，人地問乜就答乜。我叫你 tell me something about yourself，就唔好go on and on about why you wanna become a pilot and when you started becoming interested in the aviation industry. I know you're eager to share your passion and shit, but I just wanna know about YOU, as a person.
記住聽清楚interviewers問乜。
The most important thing is to build a CONNECTION with your interviewers. And the best possible outcome of an interview is to get the interviewers to like you as a person, or even better, as a friend. And you're not gonna be able to do that by reading out memorized scripts non-stop.
Connect with your interviewers. And start doing that by really listening to them and really respond to their questions.
